After being a top producing agent for both Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage & RE/MAX Leading Edge, I realized I can better service my clients by opening my own brokerage, which I did this year. A boutique, independently owned Real Estate office allows me the flexibility to customize my services as needed for my seller and buyer clients alike. I’ve always approached my Real Estate career from a customer service point of view rather than as sales. I pride myself on never ‘selling’ my clients anything. My name is Nicole Doucette and I’ve been a full-time, professional Real Estate Agent for more than 9 years. I grew up in a Real Estate family and was born a natural problem solver, so becoming an Agent was a great fit for me.

Since the start of my career, I’ve focused my attention on being of service to my clients, and I spend a great deal of time educating them so by the time they make a decision, they are well versed and confident. "I began my relationship with Real Estate in the Summer of 2019 as an intern at North Star R.E. Agents. At the time, I was going into my senior year of college and wanted to learn more about the current real estate market and landscape as a whole. After graduating from The University of South Carolina with degrees in both Finance and Real Estate and really not fully knowing what career path to choose, I thought back to my experience interning with North Star R.E. Agents and decided to pursue my salesperson license. Upon completion of the licensure course and passing the Massachusetts Real Estate Salespersons course, I have now joined Angie’s Home Team as part of North Star R.E. Agents.
